I have just started to get this messages on a SCO open server box. I know that dcxe0 is the ethernet controller card but can anyone tell me why I am getting this message?

This may be a problem with the available streams resources.

netstat -m

Will show you all of the stream usage if you have any failures you need to tune your streams allocation.
