Hello,

As part of our DR Plan, we have moved a server from on site to another site 3 miles down the road.

We can only see this server if we do a search via start and search. I have made a note of the WINS DNS and all other addresses currently used on the main site and copied them. It has made no difference whatsoever. I can still ping the server address by computer name and IP address so connectivity is there, just not through network neighbourhood. It is all part of the same domain name.
The other site has it's own firewall and all servers are running NT 4 service pack 6. Please help.

Sounds like your NETBIOS port is closed on the firewall, so the Master Brower with your Lan Manager cannot find the other server.

Check your WINS database, and ensure that the server you moved to the other location has registered itself upon booting up. Then, check and make sure your clients are using that WINS server for netbios name resolution.
