Walmart - Standard Pack 856 - Sterling Integrator - EDI 1

I've been requested to develop an outbound flat file, and associated mapping using Sterling Commerce's Director and Integrator products on a PC platform.

I've done the flat file and mapping for the 810 (Invoice - Export) and 850 (P/O - Import), but am lost on the HL Level groupings structure for the Advanced Ship Notice (856), and can find no guidance from web searches.

Does anyone know where I might acquire some flat file and mapping examples for the X12 856 4010, which hopefully closely match Wal-Mart's requirements?

You can download 856 implementations for wal-mart from their retail link web site (contact them for username and password info).

The HL structure is simple, but not "heirarchical" like the name implies. Just start with one and go up for each and every HL segment in your EDI message. Each HL except for the first one refers to its parent in the 02 element.
