WakeUp call doesn't work!!!!1

Hello all

I have 1 epo server ver 3.5 with all the latest patches and the clients have the latest agent and VSE8.0i all patched up aswell, The epo server manages 10,000 clients, Problem is when I try to send a wakeup call even to one agent it does nothing, however the agents connect to the server on the scheduled time.

Anyone seen this? If so is there a solution or am I just missing something

check the dns settings on your server, it might have problems resolving the names of the machines...
