Yesterday the Exchange Server was having a beep come every few seconds, and finally a BSD that linked to the HAL.DLL file. Restarted the server and everything worked fine...
This morning Exchange was not working, checked event logs, and got the following information...
Event: 101
Source: W3SVC
The server was unable to add the virtual root '/Exchange' for the directory 'M:\(Domain Name)\MBX due to the following error: The system cannot find the path specified. The data is the error code.
TechNet.com states the issue to be World Wide Web Service starting before the MSExchangeIS service... but they give no solution to the problem.
Anyone have any ideas?
