W2k3 forest migration

I have two w2k3 forest that I would like to merge into one. I downloaded ADMT 2.0 from MS and have changed the funtion level on both Forest. They both have twoway trust...I know they do not need it but I am trying everything. One error I get from the source domain


access denied ( error code = 5, domain= targetdomain)


I just looked at the admt splash screen and it say helps you move nt4 domain to active dir. Can someone send me the link to the a working ADMT

OK I still have this problem. I have found its a trust error. Also went and downloaded NetIQ migration tool. Still same error.

it was a trust issue. Had to delet all old trusts and readd them
