W2K Server Services for Netware Prob

We run File and Print services for netware v 5 on one of our W2K servers. We have a small problem that when we reboot the server, any netware shares which we have set up disappear and we have to re set them up. Mac and Windows shares are not affected.
Apart from applying FPNW Service Pack 1 or re-applying W2K SP2, has anyone else had this problem or know a resolution?
