I currenlty have 1 windows 2000 server with 76 cal. Do i need to purchase any more cals if i buy aanother 2000 server for the same domain?

W2K server licensing

A cal will alow a Windows client to connect to more than one Windows server.

You must be running both servers in per seat licensing mode as well though. If the original server was installed in per server license mode you need to do the one-time switch to change it to per seat mode.
