W2K Logon Interactively????

I reset a users password with active directory now when I try to logon as the user I get the following message:
"The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively". Does anyone know what this means?

Domain users are not allow to logon to Domain controllers...

If you are trying to login via thin, than remember to have "Allow logon to Terminal Server" box checked under the Terminal Services tab in the user properties...
