W2K FSMO roles

wondering if someone could help me out on the FSMO roles, tell me which server should have what role!

I have 4 servers, 3 are domain controllers( named :fileserver, backups, mirror) with AD and 1 exchange server.

right now the backups server has all 5 roles, is this ok? or should the roles be spread out over the servers?

By the way, the mirror server is off site at another location!
