I was running dcdiag on my three DC's this morning and noticed that they all fail the "services" test because "RPCLOCATOR service is stopped". This has never come up before, and my understanding is that the RPC Locator service is not required (which is why it's set to Manual by default). Any idea why this is now considered an error by dcdiag? Thanks!
