W2K dns problems.

The DNS server was unable to complete directory service enumeration of zone dns1.flexlinefurniture.com. This DNS server is configured to use information obtained from Active Directory for this zone and is unable to load the zone without it. Check that the Active Directory is functioning properly and repeat enumeration of the zone. The event data contains the error.


Anyone know how to solve above statement errors? I'm very much appreciated for your helpful guide.

THe event ID is 4004

Found this in a search, see if it helps.
I changed the DNS IP on the network adapter from 127.0.0.1 to the servers actual IP. This change got rid of both 4014 and 4004 Index: 334
