Just received a V150 demo unit, Vxi told me that the V150 will only work on 9600 sets and not on a digital phone although they told me that they know of Avaya partners that have it working on them. I tried playing with it on a 9508 because most of our customers are on either 9500 or 1400 telephone sets, but I am not able to get it to work 100%, anybody out there knows what to tweak in order to get it to work? I see a lot of options in Advanced->Audio regarding headsets such as 3 AGC settings that I do not know what they do, any help will be greatly appreciated.
