VWD Express + Database Explorer Window

Has anyone ever run into an issue with VWD Express and the Database explorer window not displaying? On a specific workstation, I can get the DB explorer window to work under the local admin profile, but not under my own profile (Active Directory account w/ limited security permissions).

Any ideas?

does the VWD install docs say anything about access rights. The user may need to be a local admin for the app to work.

That is probably the case. I am the user in question and my domain account does not have administrative rights. On the same computer, though, as I mentioned, the application works perfectly on the local admin account; I've not confirmed this with VWD documentation though.
