I have set up a stats button under the soft keys on our callmaster V's and on our 6416's.

Our agents need to be able to press this button to display how many incoming and outgoing calls they have received during their shift.

The only problem is the statistics seem to reset themselves every half hour.

Is it possible for the no of calls to be cumulative so that they don't clear until the agent logs off at the end of their shift?

Any help gratefully received

In the Vustats format, did you put the period as day?

No, it won't allow a period in there. Below is how it is programmed.

VUSTATS DISPLAY FORMAT

Format Number: 3 Object Type: agent
Next Format Number: none Update Interval: polled On Change? n
Data Field Character: $
Number of Intervals:

Format Description: INBOUND=$$$ OUTBOUND=$$$

2: extension-outgoing-calls

I'm getting the following error message when trying to key in the information above.

Number of data items referenced does not match number of data items defined.

Thinks its something to do with the $ signs. Where am I going wrong?

My last post was directed to Susan. Think another post was added as I was writing my reply.

SF0751 I need to show incoming and outgoing calls not a total....any ideas?

OK, I think I know what it is. In the real-time interval, you can see a number of incoming calls and a number of outgoing calls, but once it becomes historical data, it adds those two together for a grand total of "extension calls." That's probably why it won't let you put in the period as a day. Unfortunately, it doesn't solve your problem. I don't really think there are any other ways to get totals for those particular data items.
