I'm getting the following error when trying to use a new SIP trunk. This is related to an installation of an audiocodes MP-114 (You can find the thread about that here:
This is on a CS1000 RLS 5.5

When trying to make a call from the audiocodes device I get the following error right before the SIP messages start coming across (tracing on the NRS)...
Code:
15/01/2010 12:26:03 LOG0006 VTRK: vtrkA07MsgDispatcher: Current vtrk status is SS Pending for TN 0xfc81 chid 42
Channel ID 42 is one of my new SIP trunks. Any idea if this is an actual error and if so where do I need to look to correct it? I did find info from Nortel on this error but it was related to rls 4.5 and they just pointed to a patch.

Do you have anyother SIP traffic?

Is your SIP route assigned to same DCH as H232 route?

Have you reset DCH since you built SIP Route and trunks?

Do you ever see DCH messages on SIP route?

I do but it is tied to another SS (SIP service) and I have deleted the trunks for now due to licensing. (not currently using the SIP service)

Yes

Have not reset, how would I do that?

Do you ever see DCH messages on SIP route?
Have not looked, have only been watching the SIP messages so far and some call traces.

You can bounce the D-Channel in LD 96.

DIS DCH x (x=D-Channel number)
ENL DCH x (x=D-Channel number)

Not sure what the problem was exactly on this issue, but I had a couple different places in the pbx when I would stat my trunks that some would read DCH 3 and some would be 40. I ended up just outing my routes/trunks and re-adding them. After this it worked properly.
