VTRK is not running

When I try to run H323CallTrace I get the following:


$ H323CallTrace on
VTRK is not running


Not sure what I need to do to enable VTRK. I am running a cores CS1000.

Is this a standalone system or is it networked to other systems?

It is a standalone cores server. I have a SIP trunk that I am build but thats it.
