Is there a way to set VSS to open files in Homesite instead of Visual InterDev?

The best way is to integrate Homesite with VSS using the Projects tab within your Homesite Resource Window. Once you are configured properly, most relevant SourceSafe commands (such as Check In / Check Out) are accessable by right clicking on the file.
