VSPlugin.dll error (vscan wont install)

any sollutions for this error in agent's logfile

donderdag 2 september 2004 17:34:09 Info Script Copying VSPlugin.dll.
donderdag 2 september 2004 17:34:09 Info Script Error occurred while copying VSPlugin.dll. File is locked or missing from the package.
donderdag 2 september 2004 17:34:09 Info Script Update failed to version Plugin .


PC doesnt install vscanner (even manually)
epo manager (directory) showed traces of vscan 4.5.1 & 7.1
I manually had to delete all files (uninstall failed)

now I uninstalled & reinstalled the agent
but the above error keep on returning


any solutions?

My machines that had this problem, had leftover files from an incomplete uninstall of V 4.51, I had to remove all VirusScan versions 7.1 and 4.51 delete some folders and reinstall V 7.1.

Doh!!
