vsFlexGrid, HNCGrid

I am trying to get rowcount for vsFlexGrid and HNCGrid types.

When I use GUI Spy, it recognizes the objects but, when I code it it gives me error "Operation is not valid for widget class"

I tried Table, Object and ActiveX types.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
