Hey,

I am using VSFlexGrid 7.0 and I populate it with data from a database stored on a server. Now, this is where it gets kinda complicated...All the data I use to populate the VSFlexGrid has a parent and child node. This workls awesome, allowing the user to see the Parent as well as the Child. However, I have had complaints that the users want to be able to sort the data by two distinct columns.

I have the ExplorerBar set to sort, but that does nothing because the data is in nodes.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Chad123,

I'm not sure this will help but I usally add a few command buttons each ith its own SQL sort and the let the client select which sort they want. When they hit the sort they want it uses its own SQL statement (...Order by last name, or .. order by first_name) and then I refresh the grid using the chosen sort.
