VSClient 5.0 and MS ISA

I am able to authenticate agains the VGuard server with a VSClient behind an ISA server. I created a rule on the firewall allowing traffic over port 11160. However, no other progress is made, no access to the other network. I'm not sure what I need to open on the firewall, or if it's a NAT problem.

Any comments or suggestions?
