VS2003 MSSCCI provider - unable to check in binary files.

From Visual studio 2003, to a TFS 2005 implementation using the VS2008 MSSCCI provider, I am unable to check in binary files.

Text files, are no problem, .aspx,.ascx,aspx.vb,.ascx.vb are no problems. But Images, PDFs, and any other sort of binary file gives me a "The operation could not be completed"

Has anyone else run into this issue?

ASP, VB, VBS, Cold Fusion, SQL, DTS, T-SQL, PL-SQL, IBM-MQ, Crystal Reports, Crystal Enterprise
