VPN works in DMZ but not remotely

Hi

I have configured a VPN on our SBS/ISA.

We have a non-NAT router on the outside of our ISA server (which was supplied by our ISP).

If I plug a machine into the router with a public IP it connects to the VPN with no problems.

If I attempt to connect using a dialup connection or with a DSL connection I receive the error - Host cannot be found.

Is there something that I am doing wrong?
