This might be an easy question for many of you but it is driving me crazy!!
I'm the system admin. of a small network operating in a Windows 2000 network environment. Only one server running DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, WINS, RRAS(which is currently enabled). This server has only one NIC with a 192.168.10.10 address, Subnet Mask 255.255.2550, Default Gateway 192.168.10.254. Which is the address of the LAN interface of the R9100 router.
Between our server and our Internet connection sits a Netopia R9100 router. I have configured a connection profile according to Netopia's technotes and thought it was that easy. Is that enough to be able to establish a VPN connection to our internal network? I've enabled RRAS on our server, is there anything further I need to do there?
This is my first shot at a VPN solution and I'm driving myself crazy! Any help that any of you have would be so very greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.
