I got this VPN between Metepec and México.

We are conecting two networks a 192.168.0.0 Mask 255.255.255.0 and a 10.3.74.0 mask 255.255.255.0.

My problem is that I can´t see the machines from one side from the other; but I can ping anyone. The topology is like this.
Code:
[DS]--|
      |
[X]---+-[XR]---|-[VPN1]---[VPN2]-|---[MR]---[M]
      |
[SMB]-|

X = Workstation in México 192.168.0.1
SMB = Wins Server Mexico 192.168.0.253
XR = Router Mexico 192.168.0.254
DS = Domain server Windows NT4 SP 6 192.168.0.250

VPN1 = 172.16.7.53
VPN2 = 172.16.7.57

MR = Metepec Router 10.3.74.45
M = Workstation Metepec 10.3.74.100

We use a Linux RH 7.1 Server with Samba 2.0.10 (the last one 12-oct-02) as a WINS server. As I said I can ping and got response. I use the nbtstat -A [IP-of host] and get a response of everyone (directories shared and Name of the computer) in both sides of the networks.

I used the lmhosts file, the hosts file, used the WINS server and I can't make the computerse to see each other (from Mexico to Metepec and from Metepec to Mexico)in the Windows Network enviroment. I can't figure out what else can be wrong. The user in the computer is a valid user in the domain. Actualy the Linux SMB server is working really great as a file server; I can ping the server using the name but I can't get reponse. when I ping the name of the workstation in Metepec (no name resolution) but by IP there´s no problem even with the routers VPN1 and VPN2 or in XR. Any idea?. Any help will be nice.
