At my work we have a VPN user that tele commutes from time to time. We were running exchange 2000 and she could connect to her email using outlook without any problems. Since upgrading to exch2003, she cannot connect to her email box using outlook from home. The vpn device is a SonicWall 2040pro. when she connects she is able to ping the exch server. She can also use her SQL application to connect to an SQL server. It sounds to me like there is a service or something that is not running to allow her to connect. I just cant find it.
