VPN Tunnel From Home

Does anyone have a simple procedure for setting up a vpn tunnel from home to a pix 506 that is straight forward that would allow me to connect to my workstation at work?

I am running Cisco PIX Firewall Version 6.2(3)and XP Home at the house and XP Pro at work.
