VPN tunnel and public IP

hi all,

I have established a VPN tunnel between a pix and an other fw.
On the pix side, a server with a private ip
(192.168.0.238) must contact through the vpn tunnel a server with public IP x.y.z.a.
But i don't know how to do to "nat" the 192.168.0.238
into a public ip and goes into the vpn channel...??

Because at the exit of the vpn, the other firewall drops
the 192.168.0.238 and is waiting for a public ip a.b.c.d
which is authorized.


DOes someone already done that ?? ;-)
