VPN times out using ICS

I'm using W2K, ICS and VPN to a FireBoxII. The problem is the VPN connection times out and disconnects every 15 mins on any W2K computer I connect to the ICS server with. The DSL is OK and my IE is available when the VPN goes down. It is not a FireBox issue (I think) because I tried a clean connection with a new W2K box, no ICS and the VPN held up fine. The Internet Options settings are NOT set to "Disconnect if Idle" so I'm thinking this is an MS ICS issue. I can find no "documentation" indicating this problem exists with ICS...

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Is there a better way to ICS and VPN with more than one machine?
