VPN suggestion

Hi All:

We are a firm with increasing VPN needs, currently we have Windows NT4 domain, and remote client is using either NT4workstation, XP or Windows2000.

I have VPN setup on a NT domain controll, opened a port on our netscreen firewall.

The more and more users are demanding more stable and faster connection , and complaining about the frequent disconnects, what is a good way to start research into the solution ?
