how do i install a VPN server, so i can i access my server from outside, i have a dsl connection, i have two computers
one is runnign win2kpro, and win200server on the other one, no dns,no dhcp, please respond

You need an internet public IP address first. It doesn't sound like you have one of these. Your DSL link is probably meant for home users. I don't think the VPN is possible in this case.

Next time you are at work, try to PING you home machine. I bet it won't work. Why...? your DSL connection is connection to an internal DSL network. I believe DSL works that same way as CABLE modems...where you are connected to an internal network that has access to the internet...but not directly. The best test is to PING you home computer from the internet.

If you can't ping, you might as well forget about setting up a VPN. (You can set up a VPN on your home network if you want. Joseph L. Poandl
