Can I Set up a VPN on a dial-up connection with a dynamic I.P. adress. My aim is voice/vpn. If so, can you direct me in finding the resources to do this.

Dear Matt,
Thank you for picking up my question. I am running XP-Pro on my home desktop & Laptop at work. Currently I am on a dial-up line and had looked into getting a static IP. no luck, the only way is to pay a great deal more for a "Business DSL Line". I am trying to setup a voice/IP link between my home desktop & work. At work I can only get a dial up connection. But at last resort I could possibly spring for 256K DSL for home, but that would be dynamic IP also. Is there any software solution to detect the IP when connecting & forwarding that to the other pc to establish the VPN. Thank You.
