I enabled VPN Server on windows 2003 Server.
It has two nics, One connected to the local network and the second connected to the DLS Connection Direct to internet.

In order to tested I create a local user, i set it with a specific ip addres 172.25.29.73, same range of ip that we handle on the LAN.

When this NIC is connected to the lan, I am unable to get a connection to the VPN, as soon I disconnect the nic from the lan and test it it works perfectly.
First that all I coonected one nic to the DSL and the second nijc to an isolated network I perfomed a test and I was able to connected as soon I switch to the lan it did not work.

Is there any special configuration that I should perform in order to get connected to the lan?

Have you enabled remote acces onm the dial-in tab of the users properties in AD?

Yes, Remote Access Permission (dial or VPN) is set as "Allow Access".

The rare is when I connect the second nic to the lan and try to cennect via VPN it does not validate the user id.
