VPN router for a Fractional T1 line

It looks like our Cisco 1720 router has failed and I'm thinking that it might be better to replace it with a VPN router.

I'm looking for recommendations for a router with a csu/dsu card and a VPN endpoint. Please give me your recommendations and why.

The Cisco VPN Concentrator 3005 I beleive will support a T1 WIC card.

However, your 1720 should be able to do a small amount of VPNs fine.
