VPN Remote resets every hour.

Hi -
I am having an issue with IP Office 4.1, with a remote phone, using VPN remote with XAUTH on a Netgear FVS-338 whereas the remote phone resets and renegotiates every 60 minutes.
Is there a fix for this issue?

You can adjust the lifetime of the VPN from the phone. Make it 5 days.

It is set on your netgear
You could set the livetime to 24 hours and start up the phone at midnight

is that "SA LIFETIME"? I tried setting that to the maximum number but that didnt help.

I don't know the netgear but you need to set it there

I looked through all the settings. only think I can think of is SA Lifetime, but that didnt work..

So is it the phone that I have to check? or the router?

Has anyone had this issue before?

You need to set the SA lifetime in both the Mode config record and the ike policy (I had this same issue and changed it to 12 hours).
