Hallo All,

Here's a quick one. I have a user with a VPN remote 4610. User has a cable internet connection, If the user plugs the VPN remote directly into the cable modem, it works perfectly. When the user then moves it behind a router (Asus WL-500g Premium) we only get one way audio (he can hear incoming, we can hardly her the outgoing). Any ideas as to what to look for?

Thanks in advance.

On the IP network region you can find the UDP ports that should be open. Check those one's in the firewall
