VPN Prob - Outlook/Exchange

Hi im having a problem connecting to my exchange server over my VPN connection. When setting up Outlook, validating the name and establishing the server is there all works fine. But when i try to send any mail i get Undeliverable error mail: None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

Any ideas?????

We have the same problem at one of our clients.
Did you happen to recently upgrade your Exchange from 5.5 to 2000 or later?
What is the size of the mailbox and OST file?
