We have a user trying to view reports over the internet, and they're going through a VPN. They currently can't view the reports, and they aren't even prompted to download/install the Active X component. Since everyone else (not using a VPN) is prompted for the download/install, I'm assuming that they may have some ports closed that need to be open to allow the download/install. Does anyone know which ports these may be? Is there something else that may be causing the problem?
