You can use the VPN firmware on the 46xx phones to create a direct IPSEC tunnel from the phone to your host VPN concentrator. Is this what you are trying to do? Is the Sonic Wall your VPN concentrator.
We do this through a Cisco VPN Concentrator. You just have to be sure to have your network ACL's allowing traffic to both your CLAN and Medpro/crossfire subnets.
