I have a V4621 VPN phone connecting through a Cisco 3005 concentrator. The problem is the connection is flaky
sometimes it works and sometime it dose not. It keeps
booting up and asking me for my user name and password
over and over. Has anyone seen this?
If it truly keeps "booting up" then I would wonder if there is a power supply issue to the phone, the patch cord or power supply itself. Putting that aside, I wonder about the WAN connection - vpn phones do seem not to tolerate dropped packets very well. Running the QTest application may highlight problems of this nature.
