VPN over Alcatel Speed Touch Pro

Scenery:
Win98->modem->Internet->DSLrouter(NAT)->WinNT

Alcatel Router's static Natting entries:
Indx Prot Inside-address:port Outside-address:port Foreign-address:port Flgs Expir State Control
3 47 192.168.0.10:1 80.105.3.11:1 0.0.0.0:0 19 0 0
5 6 192.168.0.10:1723 80.105.3.11:1723 0.0.0.0:0 19 8 5

The home pc connects, starts authentication
and then hangs up with error 650.
The username is authorized for dial-in winnt.
MTU set to minimum size.
Raspptpf stopped (as suggested in a Microsoft's document)

Any idea on what's going on ?
Does the Speed Touch Pro suppport VPN ?
(Not mentioned nor in the manual neither in
Alcatel's site)
