VPN/Firewall Hardware recommendations

I have about 40 workstations and would like to add a new VPN/Firewall router. The VPN access that I need will be from remote workstations that need to access our servers (W2K), no LAN-LAN connection needed.

If any of you out there can give me a recommendation on some hardware that you have used, with a relatively easy interface (Never used Cisco), I would really appreciate it.

I would suggest Symantec Velociraptor, but may be too much (power & money) for only 40 users...
