VPN doesn't work with ADSL. Detailed info

Hi,

I understand that I need to give more detailed info to get an answer for the subject.

I use Check Point VPN R54 to reach my e-mails. We have server in UK and collecting e-mails via Novel's Groupwise. When I am connected with cable I can get my e-mails. Recently we are connecting with ADSL. I start the Check Point, it says O.K. I can connect to internet but Groupwise is not working. I try ping from machine to the IP number where I get my e mails. But it says Request timed out. Even I try with -f and -l syntax and lower the bytes I cannot get any reply from IP.
