VPN dialer clients cannot connect to VPN 3000 Consentrator

We are at a loss and I cannot find anything on Google to resolve this problem.

We have two users setup internally in two different groups getting the same error:

22458 02/28/2006 14:28:45.510 SEV=4 IKE/0 RPT=60 69.207.126.40
Group [GRP1]
received an unencrypted packet when crypto active!! Dropping packet.

One gets the message on their cleint "secure connection terminated locally by the client. reason unable to contact securtiy gateway".

Any help is appreciated!

This is due to the wrong group password - go figure, could've just said that!
