VPN connection with esoft router and ADSL 1

I'm looking to setup a VPN connectiono so users can access the network from home or client sites. Currently have an ADSL connection to an esoft router with VPN capability and firewall. The LAN has a Novell 4.x server, NT PDC and NT running exchange. Access to Novell would be primary but access to all ideal. This is the first VPN setup so suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated ! thanks :)
