I have a user who takes his laptop to a different company 3 days a week, he needs to access our server. I have set up VPN for people who work from home and it works fine (I have win 2000 server with AD)

When he gets to this company he plugs in his laptop to a spare cat5 port so that he can use there internet connection through their router. I set up a VPN on his XP laptop, however he cant access our server? Is this because of thier router set-up?

Thankyou in anticipation
