Hi
I'm about to set up a tunnel with the following layout. On one end, a single Windows XP Pro client connected to a Dlink 804v connected to ADSL and Internet. On the other end, a small network (8 clients) running XP connected to another 804v and to the Internet via ADSL. My plan is to use the indigenous XP VPN tunneling to create a tunnel between the single client and the 804v on the small network. I want the single client to be able to connect and disconnect the tunnel at will.
And to my questions:
1. Has anyone done anything like this and do you have any tips?
2. Does anyone know which ports to open in the local 804v to allow the tunnel to go through?
3. Does anyone know of a free VPN client in case the XP one doesn't work?
