VPN All Of A Sudden Very Slow

I've been connecting to a vpn through cable modem for several months with no problems. No all of a sudden, my speed is worse than dial up. (I have cable connection). It's been this way for over a week. Can someone please tell me where I can find help? ISP says that my connection is fine, and when I'm not connected to VPN, my speed is where it was several weeks ago. Any help appreciated!

Its possible that the shared bandwidth no your calbe is slowing you down. What time of the day to you usually connect? Does it work better in the morning or at night.

FYI

If you didnt know, with cable internet you are sharing your bandwidth with everyone on your cable node, typically 3-4 blocks depending on where you live.
