VPN advice 2

Want to setup a VPN server on FC5. I've read that PPTP is not secure, so that leaves either ipsec or ssl implementations. Was wondering what preferences and experiences you could share.

Openswan setup is quite easy and, to my knowledge, safe.

It uses ipsec.

I should add that I need this for users to connect from home using W2K or XP. I'm not interested in site-to-site vpn.

OpenVPN is another product that does a great job of connecting Windows and linux users via VPN.

I use Openvpn and it has been reliable and easy to administer.
It is flexible and with a little configuration all of your remote users can be on same subnet.
